With the exception of transactions made on the site reservations engine this website is informational and does not constitute any part of any agreement between the hotel and their guests. While pictorial representations on this site are a good general guideline your room or suite may differ.

Check-in time is 3pm (15:00) and check-out is 11am (11:00)

Children

Children are defined as those under the age of 18. They may stay free when sharing a room with a parent but the maximum room occupancy cannot be exceeded. Children as defined and who occupy a room without a parent shall pay the going rate for that room. ALL children must be supervised by a parent or their assigned responsible adult at ALL times in the pool area, parking lot and other such areas as common sense dictates. A child minding service is not available.

Credit, debit cards and cancellation policies

We accept most credit cards and many debit cards. Reservations are secured with a credit or debit card. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to arrival date will be charged one day at the full rate. When a debit card is used the full cost of the the expected stay is withdrawn from your account immediately, and any refunds for early departure may not be available in your account for up to two weeks subject to YOUR bank's procedures.

Promotions

On occasion the Management offers special promotions but reserves the right to discontinue any promotional program without notice and to place blackouts on their fulfillment during particularly busy times and seasons. Rates quoted in conjuction with bookings through this website may not be combined with any other offer.

Pets

Only "seeing eye" and "hearing dogs" for visually or hearing impaired guests are allowed with the pre-payment of a pet fee.

General

Guests are requested to make themselves familiar with fire escape routes and should make themselves familiar with the safety guidelines in the guest handbook to be found in each room. The hotel cannot be held responsible for the safety of guests' property unless it has been placed in the safe/guest deposit boxes at the front desk. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damages to vehicles or their contents while on hotel property. The hotel reserves the right of refusal of admission.

Internet - Security and conditions of use
The hotel offers a free wireless or wired Internet service for use by guests. If you use this service you agree that it is ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. You, the user warrant and agree that you will not knowingly use this connection to disseminate any viruses, worms or other malicious programs, or to infringe upon the laws of the United States of America, its States, or the rights of any individual or entity. Security is NOT guaranteed by the Internet Service Provider or this hotel. It is strongly recommended that guests have their own firewall as well as other protective devices and software installed on their computer. There are potential security issues related to connection to the Internet. These issues include, without limitation, interception of transmissions, loss of data, and the introduction of viruses and other malicious programs that can corrupt or damage your computer or that results from hacking. You the user specifically agree that you hold harmless this hotel, their owners, employees, individually and severally against any loss or damage whatsoever. PRIVACY POLICY

The hotel may collect certain personal information from and about individuals which can be identified with such specific individual, including without limitation, contact and payment information ("Personal Information") about customers who wish to stay or make reservations. Personal Information about guests may be collected through our websites, by our call centers or may be passed on to us by Affiliates or other third parties. Personal Information about guests is collected so that guests can make reservations the hotel can receive and have updated reservation information about guests who wish to stay at Greenstay. Some of a guest's information (such as a credit card number) may be stored to facilitate the making of future reservations. Only that Personal Information which is reasonably required to facilitate travel reservations is collected and shared between Greenstay Hotels and Affiliates as outlined above.

Greenstay will not distribute, share or sell a guest's personal information outside of its organization other that in the normal course of accepting a reservation and communication with the guest including but not limited to communications with the guest's credit card company, bank or other facility to secure payment for services.

Although unlikely, in certain instances we may disclose your personally identifiable information when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against persons or entities who may be causing injury to you, to Greenstay or to others. We may also disclose your personally identifiable information when we believe the law requires it.

Greenstay takes special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Our web sites are general audience sites. We do not permit anyone under the age of 13 to register with us or make hotel reservations. We also do not send email correspondence to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 13.

Children under the age of 13 should always ask their parents or guardians for permission before providing any personal information to anyone online.
